Our Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or product to anyone we may so choose.

We are required by law to collect sales tax of 8.6% to Washington State residents.

Payment must be received and cleared before your product is shipped. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D.

Shipping:

Orders usually ship within 10 days of cleared payment. If any complications arise with your order, you will be promptly notified of any delays. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless we made the error.

Returns:

Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened product. Unused product, in our original packaging, can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus our shipping and handling charges. If you need to make a return, please contact us for instructions. We require all returns to be sent insured for it's full value and with a tracking number. You can expect your refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product.
